Returns Policy for MRM Vape

Your Rights Under UAE Law

 

In the UAE, just like you’d expect in many places around the world, you have the right to return products you purchase within 14 days of receiving them. This 14-day period is a friendly window for you to decide if the product is right for you.

If you decide to return them, you’ll need to return them back to our store at CI Tower, Al Bateen Street, Retail 1, 42790, Abu Dhabi. Unless there was an error on our part or the item has a defect, the return shipping would be on you. But hey, mistakes happen, and if it’s on us, we’ll make it right!

Just give us a heads-up within the 14-day period if you’re thinking of returning something. No need for a lengthy explanation; a simple note will do. However, if you don’t return the goods or if it’s on our dime, we might have to charge a bit to cover our costs.

Once you let us know you’d like to cancel, we’ll ensure any amount you’ve paid us is refunded promptly, definitely within 30 days.

 

A Few Exceptions

While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, there are a few exceptions:

• Items made specifically for you or personalized can’t be returned.
• Products that might go bad quickly.
• And importantly, for health and hygiene reasons, if you’ve broken the seal of certain goods, we can’t take them back.

 

About E-liquids

E-liquids are a bit special. Their seals are there for health & safety, so if they’re broken, we usually can’t refund them. They can’t be resold for everyone’s safety. But if something’s not right, please reach out. We genuinely want to help.
